See Alabama softball arrive in Oklahoma City for the 2019 NCAA WCWS

OKLAHOMA CITY — The Alabama softball team's Twitter account sent a tweet at 4:30 p.m. CT on Tuesday showing the Crimson Tide getting off the plane in Oklahoma City. 

Alabama plays its first game in the 2019 Women's College World Series on Thursday at 8:30 p.m. against Oklahoma

No. 8-seeded Alabama enters the game 57-8 overall, and No. 1 seed Oklahoma comes in 54-3 overall. 

This is Alabama's 12th trip to the Women's College World Series, and its first trip since 2016.

According to the website FlightAware.com, the Alabama flight landed at 2:42 p.m. CT at Will Rogers World Airport in Oklahoma City.

Alabama softball coach Patrick Murphy sent a tweet showing the team before it took off as well.
