Blast Motion: Our ‘Official Swing Sensor’

0 30

The 78th Precinct Youth Council uses Blast Motion technology with all of our baseball and softball players in the program.

Blast Motion is a swing tracker that you put on the bottom of the bat. It does not have to be calibrated and it measures a lot of different things of the mechanics of a player’s swing including attack angle, exit velocity, bat speed, among many other things. So, this is a great tool to have!

The information uploads directly to an app on the phone for coaches and for players.

It gives you a great feel for players’ strengths and weaknesses and what drills they need to use to improve in different areas.

If you want to know more about this, feel free to reach out via our contact form .
