[Softball] Warriors Sweep Away the Oaks on Senior Day

ROCKLIN, Calif. - The William Jessup softball team took the diamond for the last scheduled home games this Saturday, also celebrating the graduating seniors as they faced their biggest opponent and deciding matchup of the year, Menlo College. A 1-0 advantage was a battle to the finish as the Warriors took game one, but the Oaks would fire back in game two tying it up at 5 all before an RBI-single would seal the sweep in a 6-5 victory. With the pair of wins over the Oaks, Jessup moved to third place in the GSAC standings improving to 29-14 and 12-6 with a pair of makeup games to go against Arizona Christian before the conference tournament.
