THIS WEEK
· The Dakota State University (S.D.) Trojan Softball team (5-14 overall record, 1-3 North Star record) resumes back to North Star Athletic Association conference action this weekend.
· The Trojans were originally scheduled to host Mayville State (N.D.) (6-11 overall record, 2-2 NSAA conference record) at Thue Complex, but wet field playing conditions prompted to move to the games to PC Dome (1500 N Main Street) in Aberdeen, S.D. this weekend.
· The NSAA four-game series kick off on Saturday with a doubleheader at 1 p.m. Both MSU and DSU will play another doubleheader on Sunday at 10 a.m.
· On Tuesday, Dakota State steps aside their North Star conference play with a doubleheader in Sioux City, Iowa. The Trojans visit Briar Cliff (Iowa) (3-12 overall record). with the first game starting at 3 p.m., followed by the second game at approximately 5 p.m. The doubleheader will be held at Bishop Mueller Field (3303 Rebecca Street) on the campus of Briar Cliff.
