[Softball] 12th-Ranked Campbellsville Deals Bryan Pair Of 6-2 Losses

DAYTON, Tenn. – It was Bryan College softball's home-opening series on Tuesday as they played host to Mid-South Conference foe and 12th-ranked Campbellsville University (Ky.), marking the eighth time the Lions have faced a top-25 NAIA team during their early start to the 2018 season. Bryan has totaled four meetings with 7th-ranked Georgia Gwinnett College and a doubleheader with 8th-ranked Lindsey Wilson College (Ky.). Despite having experienced a few top-ranked challengers already, Bryan was unable to keep pace with the Tigers as Campbellsville took both games with a final of 6-2, as they stay perfect on the year at 6-0. The losses for the Lions moved their overall record to 3-11.
