[Softball] Columbia, Freed-Hardeman, Williams Baptist Heading to NAIA Softball Opening Round

Kansas City, Mo…The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) has officially announced the 40-team field and pairings for the 2017 NAIA Softball National Championship Opening Round and the American Midwest Conference is one of five Conferences with three teams in the field as the Columbia College Cougars, Freed-Hardeman University Lions and Williams Baptist College Eagles were among the 40-team field.  Columbia and Williams Baptist received the AMC's automatic berths, Freed-Hardeman is one of nine at-large teams.
