[Softball] Softball Defeats Kilgore in Region 14 Tournament Battle

Tyler Junior College Apaches defeated Kilgore 13-3 in a back-and-forth affair on Sunday. The game was tied at three with Tyler Junior College Apaches batting in the top of the third when Shelbi Court doubled off of Katy Worrel, driving in one run.

Makenzie Goswick collected five hits in five at bats to help lead Tyler Junior College Apaches to victory. Goswick doubled in the first, singled in the third, singled in the fourth, singled in the sixth, and homered in the seventh.

Tyler will play again Monday at 10:00am vs the loser of San Jacinto College and Bossier Parish CC.
