[Softball] Softball Upsets Georgetown and Campbellsville to Start MSC Tournament

Bowling Green, KY – UC softball dished a pair of extra inning upsets to the Tigers of Georgetown College who are receiving votes in the NAIA Top 25 Coaches' Poll and ninth-ranked Tigers of Campbellsville University at the Mid-South Conference (MSC) Tournament. The Patriots defeated Georgetown 5-4 in 11 innings as the victory against Campbellsville came in eight innings by a final score of 2-1. Cumberlands will advance to take on Lindsey Wilson College on Saturday.
