CHICKASHA, Okla. - After falling to top-seeded Science and Arts (40-13) by a 4-0 score, Avila softball (35-20) flipped the script in their second game of the day Tuesday, defeating (RV) Cottey (34-21) by the same 4-0 scoreline to extend their stay at the 2023 NAIA Softball Opening Round in Chickasha.
