[Softball] No. 25 SXU Loses Twice in a Pair of Top 25 Contests

Gulf Shores, Ala. – The No. 25 Saint Xavier University softball (9-7/0-0 CCAC) finished play in the Gulf Shores Tournament at the Sportsplex in Gulf Shores, Ala. Sunday afternoon with a pair of losses to NAIA Top 25 opponents. The Cougars lost Sunday morning to No. 16 Columbia College (Mo.) by a score of 3-2 and lost to No. 24 University of the Cumberlands (Ky.) in the afternoon by a 10-2 margin in five innings.
