[Softball] BENU Registers First Win of 2023

Of the trio of California Pacific Conference softball programs that started their 2023 schedules last weekend, only one, Benedictine Mesa, recorded a victory.  The Redhawks beat Ottawa (Ariz.) 7-6 in the first of two games on Saturday, posting six runs in the 5th to get the win.  Tia Craig and Amanda Clack were two of the six BENU batters to finish with two hits, and they drove in three and two runs, respectively.
