Women’s Student-Athlete of the Week: Lady Eagle Softball Team
We award the Women’s Student-Athlete of the Week honor to the entire ALC softball team.
The squad participated in the Mideast Regional Tournament at Oakland City, Indiana, and finished as runner-up. However, by virtue of their school-record 25-win season, they received an at-large bid to the NCCAA World Series.
This marks the first time in school history that softball will advance to the national tournament. The club will travel to Easley, South Carolina to begin play on Tuesday, May 18th.
