[Softball] Ray named Honorable Mention All-MSC

Behind an outstanding season where she showcased excellent improvement on the softball diamond, freshman outfielder Kylie Ray was named as a Honorable Mention All-Mid-South Conference selection, according to conference officials Wednesday morning.

Having only appeared in four of Shawnee State's 10 games during the 2020 season -- and hitting a respectable .333 -- Ray's relentless work in the batting cages led to the sophomore becoming not only an everyday player for the Bears in 2021, but the team's everyday leadoff hitter as well.
