[Softball] Madonna Sweeps Softball Weekly Awards
The Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) named Jenna Gilbert and Maeson Schlaud of Madonna as the weekly award winners for softball. Gilbert earned Player of the Week with an incredible .857 batting average and 1.857 slugging percentage. She hit two home runs and had 4 RBI. Schlaud picked up Pitcher of the Week with eight strikeouts and only three hits allowed in 82 innings pitched.
