[Softball] Softball Wraps Up Leadoff Classic; Grooms Named All-Tournament Performer

Columbus, Georgia- The Brenau softball team had an uneven performance on the final day of the competitive NAIA Leadoff Classic on Saturday as the team won the opening game of the day with a solid 5-2 victory over the University of Rio Grande (Ohio), but fell to both Georgetown (Ky.) College 10-1 and Warner (Fla.) University 6-4.
