NEVADA, Mo. -- Midland University's softball team opened its 2020 campaign by going 1-3 in nonconference action from February 21-22. Midland (1-3, 0-0 GPAC) dropped a pair of games to Baker College along with an eight-inning thriller to Cottey College before picking up a 6-2 win over Benedictine College to wrap up opening weekend.
