Average Across the Board

With the loss of our Softball Coach last year, do we currently have a coach in any sport that expects more than average?

When I survey all Louisiana Tech sports, all I see are coaches that are okay being middle of the pack. Not the best. Not the worst. This is clearly a reflection of our AD. What happened to the push for excellence?
