[Softball] 2020 Softball Preseason Poll Released

Head softball coaches in the Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) picked Madonna as the preseason favorite to win the league title. The Crusaders received five first-place votes and ended with 136 total points to edge out second-ranked Lawrence Tech. LTU also received five first-place votes while No. 3 Aquinas and No. 4 Indiana Tech both got one.

Madonna won a share of the last three league titles and holds eight conference titles. Lawrence Tech finished as runner-up last year at 1.5 games behind MU. The league season starts March 25 with a full slate of games.
