Who’s on second? MLB all-star game will see free runners if it goes to extras

Already employed in the minors, the World Baseball Classic and Olympic softball, new rule will see an automatic runner on second base at the Mid-Summer Classic if it goes beyond nine innings, but no plans in place to adopt for regular season.
