Bowling Green, Ky. - Shawnee State Softball suffers elimination from the MSC tournament after facing University of the Cumberlands in the semi-final round of the consolation bracket. The Bears knocked off the Patriots in the first round before falling into the consolation bracket following a second round loss to Campbellsville. SSU defeated the Phoenix of Cumberland University in the consolation quarterfinals to advance before being eliminated.
