BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – Fourth-seeded Georgetown (Ky.) won its Mid-South Conference Tournament opener with a 5-2 win over fifth-seeded Cumberland (Tenn.) at Michael O. Buchanon Park.

Georgetown's Hannah Morton took command for the Tigers, allowing just two runs in six innings of work. She scattered six hits and struck out four batters.
