[Softball] V-Hawks Hang Tough With Eighth-Ranked Vikings, Lose Two in Valley City

VALLEY CITY, N.D. – Viterbo Softball lost both games of a doubleheader against #8 Valley City State University, 0-1 and 1-5, on Saturday. The opener was scoreless through four innings until a one-out double gave the Vikings (33-2, 13-1 NSAA) the go-ahead run. Valley City held Viterbo (12-21, 7-9 NSAA) scoreless on two hits through the first five innings of game two.
