KANSAS CITY, Mo -- Rain forecast for the area on Tuesday has forced a pair of cancellations for Avila University. The Eagles were set to host NCAA Division II squad Northwest Missouri State on the baseball diamond tomorrow, with softball slated for a double header at Central Methodist University. With a 90-percent chance of rain in Kansas City and a 60-percent chance in Fayette, Mo., the respective coaching staffs have agreed to cancel the contests.
