[Softball] UHV softball volunteers at Bootfest

Members of the University of Houston-Victoria softball team gave back to the community on Friday by volunteering their time at the Kids Corral during the annual Victoria Bootfest celebration..

The project is part of the Jaguars' Champion of Character initiative that the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) embraces. The Champions of Character program embraces the five core values of respect, integrity, responsibility, servant leadership and sportsmanship.
