[Softball] Softball Sweeps NTCC
MOUNT PLEASANT — Abbie Dart tossed a two-hitter in the first game and Courtnie Heller belted a homer in Game 2 as the No. 4 Tyler Junior College Apache Ladies won two games against Northeast Texas Community College on Sunday in Region XIV softball.
TJC (47-6, 20-4 Region XIV) won 6-1 and 7-2 over the Lady Eagles (12-31, 7-19).
The Apache Ladies meet Paris Junior College on Wednesday in Bullard. The first game of the doubleheader at The Brook Hill School's Schwab Field is scheduled to begin at 1 p.m.
