[Softball] Lyon Battles, Sweeps Park on Senior Day
BATESVILLE, Ark. – The Lyon College softball team took the first game of a doubleheader against Park by a comfortable score of 5-0, but had to battle back to finish off the sweep taking the final game 11-10 on Senior Day at House Field Saturday afternoon. Lyon trailed 7-3 with three innings to go before outscoring the Pirates 8-3 in the final frames.
The Scots are now 29-9 overall and 12-4 in the AMC, while the Pirates stand at 15-16 overall and 11-7 in the conference. Lyon remains in third place in the conference, while Park is in sixth.
