[Softball] Strong hitting from Merritt leads Grand View to a 2-0 sweep over Peru

Des Moines, IA - The No. 22 Grand View Vikings continued their win streak to 13 games after taking four wins from Peru State this week. The Vikings swept the Bobcats in Peru, NE on Tuesday while also claiming the victory at home Thursday afternoon. GV won game one 10-1 in five innings and finished game two defeating Peru 4-2. The Vikings are now 26-4 overall and 16-2 in the Heart of America Athletic Conference.
