[Softball] RedStorm splits at NFCA Classic

    COLUMBUS, Ga. - Fifth-ranked Brenau (Ga.) University used a pair of two-run innings to rally from an early deficit and post a 4-1 win over the University of Rio Grande, Friday evening, in the National Fastpitch Coaches' Association NAIA Leadoff Classic at South Commons Complex.
    Earlier in the day, the RedStorm posted a 3-1 win over Calumet College of St. Joseph (Ind.) in its opening game.
    The split left 23rd-ranked Rio Grande at 11-7 for the season.
