[Softball] Abbie Dart Named NJCAA Div. I Pitcher of the Week

Freshman pitcher Abbie Dart was named the NJCAA Div. I Pitcher of the Week today after pitching two shutouts in three starts and one relief appearance this past weekend.  In 18 innings of work over four of the five games, Dart tallied 24 strikeouts, 5 walks, 3 hits, and only gave up 2 runs to improve her record to 8-2.  The Apaches (15-2) went 4-1 on the weekend in Gainesville, TX with a sweep of North Central Texas College, a split with Murray State College, and a single game victory over Coastal Bend College.
