[Softball] Point Loses 1-0 to #16 Southeastern and 5-4 to Ave Maria in Florida

PLANT CITY, FL: Point University (2-6) and Southeastern University (6-1), which ranks number 16 in the NAIA National Top 25 Coaches' poll, totaled five hits per side, but Southeastern pushed across an unearned run in the top of the first inning and defeated the Skyhawks, 1-0, in morning action in Plant City, Fla.  In an afternoon game, Point led 4-3 in the top of the fourth, but Ave Maria University (5-2) scored twice in the fourth to lead 5-4 and made the lead stand up the rest of the game.  Point has lost six consecutive games.
