[Softball] Point Loses 2-0 to Emmanuel and 7-4 to Southern Wesleyan at Bearcat Challenge

GREENWOOD, SC: Point University (2-2) lost both of its Friday, Feb. 9 games to NCAA Division II opponents at the Lander University Bearcat Challenge on Doug Spear Field in Greenwood, S.C., Friday, Feb. 9.  Emmanuel College shut out Point, 2-0, and Southern Wesleyan defeated Point, 7-4, in the late afternoon game.  A high probability of rain and thunderstorms for Saturday caused cancellation of all the games for the second day of the Bearcat Challenge.
