Sovereign Lake Nordic Club (SLNC) is looking for a driven General Manager to take the lead on operations, programming, and community engagement in a stunning mountain environment. If you’re ready to make an impact and help shape the future of Nordic sport, we want to hear from you.
As our senior leader, you’ll be the engine behind our strategy, finances, and team culture—ensuring we continue to deliver exceptional Nordic experiences for all ages and abilities.
What You’ll Bring:
A proven ability to develop and manage impactful programs with fiscal responsibility, plus strong business and leadership skills.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day operations and drive long-term planning
- Oversee dynamic recreational and competitive ski programming
- Manage budgets, HR, and community/stakeholder relationships
- Work closely with a supportive Board of Directors
Your Background:
- Solid experience in program development and operations management
- Background in Nordic skiing or recreation leadership
- Financial and organizational expertise
- Comfort working with non-profits and boards
