Tuesday Club Night Dryland Training
Tuesday night dryland training is back! Come get your sweat on with your fellow athletes and coaches.
This is suitable for all ages and is a great opportunity to get together with new and old club friends.
Date: Tuesday, September 17th
Time: 5:30 pm -7 pm
Location: Coldstream Elementary(Outside in the field)
What to bring: Athletic clothing(dress for the weather, runners, water, & a snack.
There is no washroom available at this location as the school is closed after hours. We have not rented the indoor space for September 17th so this is outdoors only. Please do not park in restricted or ‘No Parking” areas. We represent the club and want to be on our best behavior at all times.
