Third edition of Khelo India winter games begins in Gulmarg's ski resort

Union sports minister Anurag Thakur said Jammu and Kashmir has achieved unprecedented progress in developing sports facilities at grassroots level and that now instead of stone pelting, football, wushu and other sports are played here.
