GUIYANG, Jan. 17 (Xinhua) -- With the Beijing Winter Olympics approaching, winter sports are becoming more and more popular among people in southwest China's Guizhou Province.
Statistics show that the ski resorts of Meihuashan and Yushe in Liupanshui received a total of over 18,000 tourists during this year's New Year holiday, registering a 21.5 percent year-on-year increase.
