Minnesota's deepest freeze in decades prompts mass cancellations, closings
Stores, museums, ski hills and even the Ice Castles in Excelsior are closing, and high school sports events were postponed. The temperature is expected to dive to minus-29 in the Twin Cities by Wednesday morning for the first time since 1996.
