Good Bye Jonny!
So last week we heard the sad news that Jonny's Skate shop is closing it's doors. :(
Jonny has been a big supporter of Girl Skate Ireland from the beginning and he was always there to provide advice, order in our girl sized shoes or just for a chat - he was even the gracious host of a few of our Girl Skate Ireland events!
It's times like this that remind us that our local skate shops are important. The smaller guys are struggling against the bigger corporations and internet shops and it's a serious case of use them or lose them. So when it comes to some new shoes or hardware or maybe even a t shirt please remember to support your local skate shop!
Jonny is moving on to what can only be another great adventure and we wish him all the best with what ever the future brings.
