Community Impact Report + Thank You eBlast
Thanks to you, and the support of our dedicated community, The Skatepark Project was able to reach our 2024 Matching Campaign fundraising goal! Because of supporters like you, TSP can provide more safe and inclusive public skateparks and youth programming that fosters free play, inclusion, and community.
Because of your help in 2024, we’ve seen the opening of 15 new skateparks across 10 states and awarded nearly $200,000 in community activation grants to underserved areas. But that’s not all! Through our Supply the Ride Program, we’ve distributed 595 skateboards, 400 helmets, and 30 BMX bikes to youth across the country.
We’ve seen firsthand how outdoor recreation and skateboarding can have a meaningful impact on both mental and physical well-being. Your support is essential in ensuring access to more skateparks and youth programming where it is needed most.
As the demand for skateparks continues to increase and more communities seek support, funding, and advocacy, we want to express our deep gratitude for your generosity and commitment. This progress wouldn’t be possible without you, and we’re excited to keep building on this momentum together in 2025. On behalf of our staff, Board of Directors, advocates, and most importantly, the millions of youth who enjoy TSP skateparks each year—thank you!
