[Men's Basketball] SAU Men's Basketball fall to Yellow Jackets

COLUMBIA, S.C. - The St. Andrews University Men's Basketball team travelled to conference foe, Allen University, on Thursday, February 14th. The Knights fell to the Yellow Jackets 92-70 as Allen celebrated their Senior Night.
A 12-point lead by the Yellow Jackets saw the Knights falling at the break, shooting for 34 percent in the first half. St. Andrews knocked down two out of the nine attempted three-pointers, by senior Carlos Heath (SR/Rochester, NY) and freshman D'Antre Harvey (FR/Burlington, NC). The Yellow Jackets outscored the Knights in the first twenty minutes of play, 46-34.
The second half was also dominated by Allen, as they outscored the Knights 46-36 in the half. St. Andrews improved their shooting to 40 percent while the Yellow Jackets shot an impressive 69 percent.
The Knights were led by senior Carlos Heath for the second game in a row as he collected 16 points for St. Andrews and leading with a team-high of four steals. Senior Warren Vinson (SR/Rock Hill, SC) and D'Antre Harvey each recorded double-digits with 13 points.
The men's basketball team will wrap up their season at home this Saturday, February 16th, for Senior Night as they host Bluefield College.
