North America’s largest and most comprehensive marina, the Habacoa Superyacht Marina, is currently under construction on the southwestern point of Great Abaco Island in the Bahamas. Scheduled for a 2027 opening, this state-of-the-art marina will offer 150 slips for yachts ranging from 60 feet to 700 feet in length, with 134 of these designed specifically for superyachts.

World-Class Amenities for Yacht Owners

The Habacoa Superyacht Marina will provide a wide array of upscale amenities. Yacht owners can expect in-slip utilities, diesel refueling, pump-out services, customs and immigration processing, and a one-stop provisioning center. Additionally, the marina will feature a 200-unit dry stack facility for added convenience.

A two-story, 25,000-square-foot members-only yacht clubwill serve as an architectural landmark, boasting bars, restaurants, event spaces, and a rooftop terrace.
