Old Wesley Gamecast moves up a gear!

There were some amazing pictures taken (click here for full album) by Deryck Vincent at recent the 18-14 in our Energia Community Series Leinster Conference 1 opener at Donnybrook. But few were as impressive as the mini broadcast studio that Tom setup for the “new and improved” Gamecast. 

As Government restrictions continue to exclude club supporters from our games, the regular Facebook streaming of our 1st XV games has moved to offer a higher standard of broadcast courtesy of our Clubman of the Year, Tom O’Brien.

With improved picture quality, scoreboard, timer and club sponsor acknowledgements – the new setup was a massive hit with over 1500 viewers enjoying the game.

As the games continue to be restricted for the foreseeable future – Old Wesley hopes to continue to lead the way with our Gamecasting.
