Announcement: Classic Wallabies Intellectual Property

It has come to our attention that the team supposedly representing Australia in the Classic Rugby Cup Nouméa 2019 tournament (@classicrugbycupnoumea) is proposing to represent itself as a Classic Wallabies team, including by wearing uniform featuring a Classic Wallabies Trade Mark.
Classic Wallabies Inc. would like to make it clear that this team is neither associated with, nor sanctioned by our organisation or Rugby Australia, to represent itself as the Classic Wallabies.
Please be aware that we take unauthorised use of our intellectual property very seriously and will take all appropriate steps to enforce our rights if they are infringed.
