Celebrity SAS star James Cracknell says noise interrogation was no louder than his kids
CELEBRITY SAS finalist James Cracknell says he withstood the show’s noise torture interrogation — as he has three kids.
The Olympic rowing great said the cacophony was no louder than his house on a normal day.
He added the low-point was holding a stress position — while wearing a pair of hot pants belonging to Shanaze Reade, 33.
He borrowed the track cyclist’s when his undies burnt on a stove top.
James, 49, who has son Croyde, 17, and daughters Kiki, 12, and Trixie, ten, with ex-wife Beverley Turner, said: “The noise?
“It didn’t bother me at all. I’ve three kids at home so there’s all manner of noises going on.”
The double gold medallist added: “The way I coped with it — and this is how bad my imagination is — was I counted to 10,000 three times.”
James is one of six contestants in tonight’s 9pm final on Channel 4.
