Three become one: Three Cambridge University Boat Clubs become one

Professor Stephen J. Toope, Vice Chancellor of the University of Cambridge, has marked the watershed moment in the history of rowing at the University as its three successful boat clubs become one.

This is a new era for high performance rowing, for efficiency, for shared resources, and for supporting the University’s elite athletes.

A new era for all who are inspired by performance sport – and who aspire to such a level.

The new CUBC represents the true values of the University of Cambridge – equality, collaboration, and dedication.

Hear what Stephen Toope has to say, and see the history of the club, in the short film below.
