Olympian James Cracknell urges Tyson Fury to stop pleasuring himself seven times a day
OLYMPIC hero James Cracknell knows a thing or two about training. After all, he’s won Olympic gold medals for rowing and starred in the last series of Strictly.
Which is why boxer Tyson Fury ought to take his advice and ditch his current policy of self-pleasuring SEVEN times a day.
The ex-heavyweight champ says he does it to keep his testosterone pumping as he prepares to fight Deotay Wilder later this month.
James said: “If he’s got the energy to . . . seven times a day, he needs to do some more training.
“Being on training camps with Matthew Pinsent may have admittedly curtailed my enthusiasm.
“But first, there was not enough time, and second there was not enough energy to do it seven times a day.
I would definitely not do it in the week of a race for sure.”
Please yourself, James.

EAMONN Holmes left Loose Women viewers red-faced after joking about his sex life with wife Ruth Langsford.
Responding to the idea of spicing things up in a shed, he said: “It wouldn’t really matter where it is – I’d just be grateful.”
Paddy: Lights are out
PADDY McGuiness has said goodbye to Take Me Out – hours after I revealed the show was being axed. The host told how he is eternally grateful to ITV for taking “a punt” on him a decade ago.
In the clip on Instagram yesterday, he says: “Well, after 11 series it’s time to say goodbye to ‘Take Me Out’. Eight weddings, six babies, and a generation of youngsters who’ve grown up watching us on Saturday night TV.”
Yesterday I told how bosses chose to drop the Saturday night staple because it had run its course.
Paddy added: “Thank you to all the boys who braved the Love Lift and, most importantly, to the stars of the show – the girls. I’m going to miss spending my Saturday nights with you. Loads of love and for one last time it’s lights out, all out.”
Luckily, Paddy has plenty of other telly jobs lined up.

CHANNEL 4 has said yes to a second series of Victorian detective drama Year Of The Rabbit.
Matt Berry will return as Detective Rabbit to solve new cases, with nemesis
Lydia (Keeley Hawes) still at large.
A Kat call for Bloom
KATY Perry had to watch fiancé Orlando Bloom getting up close and personal with his co-star Cara Delevingne in the first series of fantasy drama Carnival Row.
So the singer decided to call in on filming for the second season of the Amazon Prime show in Prague and give him something better to do – including walking their dog.
They looked rather an odd couple, as Katy sported 21st Century clothes while Orlando was still in the Victorian-inspired threads of his character, detective Rycroft Philostrate.
Let’s hope she’s out of shot by the time cameras start rolling again.
Set ‘fun’ is D-Ross
HE’S synonymous with funny shows, but Friends star David Schwimmer insists they are not always a scream to make.
MOST READ IN BIZARRE
The actor – Ross in the long-running US series – plays a cocky spy working at GCHQ in new Sky comedy Intelligence, which starts on Tuesday.
David said: “It is really helpful that it is actually a joy to make. I have been on other projects where there are comedies but it is not a joyful set and I have to say that it makes a critical difference.”
Hmmm, I wonder which show he’s talking about.
