I broke it off with her but now suffer with depression.
My confidence is zero and I am smoking and drinking a lot.
I know I need help because of how she’s treated me but everyone just thinks I am being stupid.

Stop smoking and drinking and set a goal, like running a 10k race or helping a charity.
