Rowing federation shocked at banned Dattu Bhokanal's submission in HC

Olympian rower Dattu Bhokanal might have landed himself in trouble by submitting to the Bombay High Court in a criminal case that he would not be able to compete in the World Championships if an FIR filed against him was not quashed.
