This Week:
Wednesday Meeting: We will be meeting at 1pm in County Bar for lunch and a chat, before heading down to the wall for 2pm. If you require any gear, please collect it from the gear shed between 2:00pm and 2:15pm.
Things to look out for:
Shepherd's Crag Day Trip: Sunday 11th June. We're running a day trip to Shepherd's Crag in the Lakes for a day of trad climbing. The trip will cost £10, please sign-up on the LUMC website and pay on the LUSU website.
End-of-Year Meal: Friday 16th June at The White Cross (TBC). Our social secretaries are in the midst of planning the end-of-year meal; keep an eye out for the sign-up form on the LUMC website, and the Facebook event!
AGM: Friday 16th June (TBC). We'll be holding our AGM directly after the end-of-year meal. There are quite a few matters to discuss this time, including the updating the constitution, and voting in a new safety officer/vice-president for the coming year. Please come along to have your say in these key topics, and any others raised on the night!
Isle of Skye Trip: Wednesday 21st to Wednesday 28th June (TBC). Currently, due to some driver issues, the final dates for the Skye trip haven't been decided yet; it's most likely we'll be away from Wednesday 21st to Wednesday 28th June, but this may have to be changed to Friday 23rd to Friday 30th June. We will be able to confirm the final dates by the 10th of June. For further information, please read through this PDF. The cost of the trip is £65, which includes transport and an evening meal for each evening that we're away; you must bring your own money for the campsite. If you would like to come along (for EITHER set of dates) please sign up on the LUMC website as soon as possible.
