BOOKING – If you would like to attend we are now taking bookings.
Coordinators – for fun and perfect weather and any questions ask , Janet Ashworth, Benda Fullard or Wendy Dodds. As per tradition, the VPs will be planning walks and climbing or scrambling, TBC when the weather reveals its intentions.
The Crown can sit 34 people. We have also booked the MAM hut in Coniston to accommodate 19 people so please book a bed if you wish to stay there.
Tony Walker is taking bookings for both the Dinner and the Hut. We have to let the hotel know menu choices as soon as we can. More details about booking are given below. If anyone has any special dietary requirements let Tony know ASAP and we can inform the hotel to see what can be arranged if necessary.

Tony will acknowledge that he has received your choices and will CONFIRM your booking, once you have paid.
Payment is to the FRCC. Email Tony to tell him that your payment has gone through to CONFIRM your booking. Please include the name on the account making payment, payment date and amount on your email to Tony.

ACCOMODATION
Book the MAM hut with Tony Walker, it is on a first come basis.
To pay hut fees please pay Brenda Fullard cash or cheque , payable to Brenda, at the hut. Benda has kindly agreed to count bed nights, collect the cash and pay the MAM with a single payment. As normal, sign into the hut book when you arrive.
Once the MAM hut is full it will be necessary for you to arrange your own accommodation.
For information there is a big charity event on in Coniston on the 22nd . The Sports and Social Club camp site is full so expect other places to be busy also. Just a reminder that it is not too far to drive to our own huts Raw Head, or Beetham. According to Google a 20 minute or 40 minute drive respectively.
