Ozymandias

Following on from my previous post of Ozy Direct… that pics was of the sixth pitch (the second crux) but this pic is of the second pitch (the first crux).⁠⠀

The climber of course is Steve Monks who made the first free ascent many moons ago… And the belayer is Enga Lokey. Got to give to cred to the belayer on this one, a photo shoot down the bottom of the 270m North Wall of Mt Buffalo Gorge is no small undertaking.⁠⠀

The route is really called Ozymandias Direct and the pitches weigh in at 22, 28, 26, 24, 22, 28, 23 and 24.⁠⠀ Classic. ⁠⠀
